Sociological Theory

A theory usually means a conclusion or generalization made by explaining and analyzing scientifically what is the relationship or interrelationship between two or more logical subjects, concepts, facts, events, etc., which is proved to be true anywhere in the world. All conclusions or generalizations may not be theories. In order to be a theory, a conclusion drawn by analyzing the explanation and analysis of the relationship between two or more concepts is called a theory.

In other words, it is a presupposition about the relationship between two or more logical concepts and facts, which is proven by systematic and scientific studies. What is clear from this is that not all preconceptions (Hypothesis) can be social theories, if preconceptions are proved to be true during a systematic study, then it is called a social theory.

Thus, on the basis of all, it can be said that social theory explains and analyzes the interrelationships of social events, concrete expression of the interrelationship of facts involved in any social event is called social theory. Theory deals with understanding and explaining the real world, how events occur, and theory makes statements about past events and makes predictions about future events.
